Am 04.04.2017 hatte ich ja gepostet, dass mein Drucker nicht gefunden wurde. In einem Beitrag in einem Fedoraforum konnte ich den erlösenden Befehl finden. Mit systemctl restart cups.service und root-Rechten kann man den Drucker wieder anzeigen lassen. Jetzt muss ich nur noch schauen, wie ob das dauerhaft ist oder ich nach jedem Start den Befehl erneut eingeben muss. Ansonsten könnte man im Autostart ein Script laufen lassen, was diesen Neustart (möglichst auch beim Kaltstart) automatisch mitmacht. Schöner wäre es, wenn…
Ich habe am letzten Sonntag bevor ich meine große Wanderung in Bottrop noch eben schnell ein neue Update für mein Fedora 25-System hereingezogen. Da die Updates in Fedora nicht sofort wirksam gemacht werden, dass man den Rechner wie in Windows neu starten muss, konnte ich natürlich noch etwas drucken.
