Ich war am vergangenen Montag in Wuppertal. Weil es wieder technische Schwierigkeiten auf der Bahnstrecke von Essen-Steele bis nach Wuppertal Vohwinkel gab, bin ich von Essen Hauptbahnhof mit dem SB19 nach Velbert ZOB gefahren und dann mit dem SB66 nach Wuppertal HBF. Die Alternative wäre ab Velbert ZOB mit der Buslinie der Wuppertaler Stadtwerke 649 nach Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof. Allerdings braucht diese Buslinie fast 60 Minuten. Yesterday (Sunday, 3/12/2017) I was at the Müngstener Bridge in Solingen. It’s the highest railway bridge in Germany, with a height about 107 meters. It was open in 1897. Today it’s a regular train line runs over the bridge, the S7 from Wuppertal main station to Solingen main station.
